Overview
The role of the Junior School Counsellor/Psychologist is to provide psychological advice and support to students, families and staff from ELC to Year 4 and to make a professional contribution to the College counselling team.
This is a permanent full-time role, working term time only.
This role commences as soon as possible.
The College reserves the right to interview and employ a successful candidate before the closing date.

- Applicants are required to supply the name, address and telephone number of three referees, two of whom must be able to comment on the applicant’s professional work (or training), during the past five years.
- An employee Working with Children Check (WWCC) or Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration is required to be undertaken by any persons working in the field of education who may come into contact with children without direct supervision. The WWCC is valid for a five (5) year period and the VIT for one year.
- The successful applicant will be required to produce original copies (from which a photocopy will be made) of transcripts of qualifications claimed.

- Remuneration for any position at St Leonard’s College is in accordance with the St Leonard’s College Agreement 2023.
