St Leonard's College | Independent School Melbourne

Our St Leonard’s College cocurricular DigiSTEM program opens up a world of coding and problem-solving opportunities through our Australian Informatics Olympiad / Coding Skills Club, catering to students from Years 5 to 12.”
Students engage in weekly sessions after school that transform challenging logic problems into exciting learning experiences.
Students gear up for the annual competition in August, where they showcase their coding skills. Our participants consistently impress with their dedication and passion for coding.
Beyond the thrill of competition, our Coding Skills Club aligns with St Leonard’s commitment to providing  ‘An Education for Life’. Students benefit from increased problem-solving abilities, enhanced resilience, and the development of negotiating skills. Led by their peers, these sessions foster a fun and entertaining atmosphere, making intricate coding concepts accessible and enjoyable.
This cocurricular club encourages discussions with respect, nurtures creativity, and builds a foundation for lifelong learning. Fusing technology and education, it helps to create pathways to future success.
