St Leonard's College | Independent School Melbourne

Discover the thrill of cross country running at St Leonard’s College, where we invite students from Years 3 to 12 to lace up their running shoes and embark on a journey of fitness, camaraderie, and achievement.”
Years 3 to 6
For our junior runners in Years 3 to 6, the adventure begins with the House competition in term 2. This spirited event not only ignites a sense of friendly House rivalry but also provides a platform for students to showcase their running prowess. Afterschool training sessions are offered to hone their skills, preparing them for the highly anticipated South Yarra District Sports Association (SYDSA) competition in term 2.
Years 7 to 12
As students progress into Years 7 to 12, the fun continues with the House competition in term 2, where older students take the lead in showcasing their passion for cross country running. Afterschool training sessions ensure that participants are well-prepared for the Association of Coeducational Schools (ACS) competition in term 3, a significant platform where they can compete at a higher level and further refine their athletic abilities.
