Our gym sessions are held every weekday after school during each term, with the exception of Mondays. This ensures a convenient and accessible avenue for students to prioritise their fitness journey alongside their academic pursuits. 
Strength and conditioning play a pivotal role in enhancing athletic performance, joint stability, muscle development and body composition, in addition to reducing the risk of injury. Beyond the physical benefits, engaging in regular physical activity is proven to contribute significantly to mental health and overall wellbeing.
