St Leonard's College | Independent School Melbourne

The St Leonard’s College interschool soccer program, spanning Years 5 to 12, isn’t just about scoring goals; it’s about instilling a love for the sport, fostering teamwork, and promoting the values of dedication and resilience.”
Years 5 and 6
For our youngest soccer enthusiasts in Years 5 and 6, we kick off with an engaging mixed-gender competition during the winter season in terms 2 and 3 with the Coeducational Independent Primary Schools Sports Association (CIPSSA) competition. This is where the excitement of the game meets skill development, fostering camaraderie on the soccer field.
Years 7 to 12
As students progress to Years 7 to 12, our Association of Coeducational Schools (ACS) interschool soccer program takes on a new dimension with separate competitions for boys and girls. Young male athletes hit the field during the winter months in terms 2 and 3, while our female soccer stars shine in the summer season, spanning terms 1 and 4.
These tailored competitions provide focused opportunities for skill refinement, strategic play, and the thrill of competition within a supportive team environment.
At St Leonard’s College, we understand that soccer is more than a game; it’s a journey of discipline, resilience, and achieving goals. Join us in cultivating a passion for soccer and empowering the next generation of skilled and confident players at St Leonard’s College.
