Our Junior School Running and Fitness group gives students from Years 2 to 4 the opportunity to not only develop their running technique, but look at other exercises and activities they can participate in to develop their fitness.”
The group participates in a range of fitness-based activities, including running drills, training techniques, body based weight training and a variety of games that will get our students moving and working their hearts and muscles.  
This group for our youngest budding runners and fitness fanatics operates afterschool once a week. 
At St Leonard’s College we provide opportunities that allow our students to exercise and develop as learners, all whilst having fun and making new friends.
