“ St Leonard’s offers a myriad of volunteering opportunities for parents to engage with the College community and contribute to its vibrancy.”
Volunteering is a wonderful way to be part of our vibrant community. We truly appreciate the valuable contributions our families make by generously giving their time and sharing their skills with others.
Examples of volunteer opportunities at the College include joining the College Council, coaching sports teams, helping with productions, supporting our annual Community Day Fair, baking for Lennie’s Van, providing reading assistance, accompanying on excursions, and lending a hand at events.
To ensure the safety and well-being of both volunteers and students, we have a Volunteer Registration process in line with the Victorian Child Safe Standards. This helps create a secure environment for everyone involved. If you are directly interacting with children through communication or in person, you will be required to complete the online registration. If you’re visiting for a meeting or assisting staff without direct student contact, registration isn’t required.
