St Leonard's College | Independent School Melbourne

Our St Leonard’s College Private Speech and Drama Program provides an enriching opportunity for students from Years 3 to 12 to flourish in the captivating world of performing arts.”
Through this program, students not only develop performance, interpretive, and communicative skills but also unlock their creative potential and explore their capacity for self-expression.
With a curriculum that explores a diverse range of prose, verse, and drama scripts, along with storytelling, talks, public speaking, mime, improvisation, and dramatic characterizations, our students embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and confidence building.
Our talented students frequently grace the stage, showcasing their skills in events such as Eisteddfod by the Bay and excelling in AMEB and Trinity College performance exams. In recent years, we proudly celebrated the accomplishments of Junior Speech Champion Winner Sarah Rivers, and the recipient of the Peter Spiker Encouragement Award, Samuel Boubon.
At St Leonard’s College, our Private Speech and Drama Program goes beyond the stage, nurturing skills that last a lifetime.
